With Christmas fast approaching there is nothing quite like some uber festive and incredibly lovely winter wedding inspiration.
Whether you want the Christmas feel for your big day or simply want to embrace all the really magical elements that a winter wedding can incorporate, this styled shoot at The Deer Park Country House Hotel in Devon is sure to hit the mark.
A gorgeous country house estate, crisp white snow, an outside ceremony location, mulled wine, hot water bottles, blankets and even Raindeer, it really is a matrimonial feast of all things winter.
The aim of this styled shoot was to portray The Deer Park Hotel as a wedding venue for both winter and Christmas weddings.
The inside table settings are more overtly Christmas themed and the outdoor shots demonstrate how a winter wedding could look at the venue`s beautiful grounds.
A pathway lit with tea lights lead to The Summerhouse which is licensed for weddings.
Cosy hot water bottles and blankets for your guests and a glass of mulled wine for the bride and groom as they pose for their photographs.
The accent colour of deep red is picked up in the bouquet, the roses in the brides hair and her grooms burgundy velvet jacket.
The winter scene is completed by Dancer and Prancer who live at a local farm three miles away from the hotel
Every aspect of the shoot is ridiculously beautiful from start to finish, styled by the talented Sue from Auntie’s Vintage China and eloquently captured on camera by Venetia from Venetia Norrington Photography here is one way to celebrate the first day of advent in your wedding planning, with some tip top winter wedding inspiration.
Let yourself be seduced by the rich ruby reds, intense wintery greens and the effortlessly elegant, traditional white that make for a truly fabulous winter wedding colour scheme.
