Good Morning, and welcome to MrsPandPs Sunday Morning Cuppa Wedding Blog Catch up.
Its been a very busy week and today I want to look back and re – visit the fabulousness that has adorned the pages of the Wedding Blog this week.
To kick off the week I ventured into the world of the old style movies with a Hollywood Glamour Wedding theme.
This theme was all about making the guests of honour feel like Superstars.
At Monday lunchtime I was delighted to focus on the Oscars 2014 and the glittering array of A – List Couture and Gems.
Some spectacular fashion hit the red carpet and there were many gowns with Bridal influence in white and off white shades with Navy and Black being prevalent too, giving fantastic inspiration for Bridesmaids.
Jewellery commentary was provided by Vashi.com.
On Monday afternoon I was thrilled to share the work of Miss Francis who is dedicated to making clothes for girls to look lovely and feel good in, with pettiskirts perfect for parties, playing, dancing or dressing up, and ideal for all special occasions.
Just how beautiful would these lovely pettiskirts be for excitable little flower girls bouncing down an aisle.
On Tuesday morning I was delighted to share a lovely and relaxed Winchester Guildhall Wedding with a touch of pastel.
Images of the day were captured by Martin Bell Photography.
On Tuesday afternoon it was my great pleasure to share the work of Jon Kruger, a new menswear concept offering affordable, customisable and bespoke suits.
Its often the Bride that is the focus, but a Groom and his Groomsmen want to look sharp for their special day and what better way than with a custom suit.
On Wednesday morning I was practically giddy to share an incredible Pre Raphealite Styled shoot with the famous painting, “The Lady of Shallot” by John Waterhouse being the inspiration.
This fantastic collaboration came about when a group of amazing Wedding Suppliers who have previously worked with each other on weddings came together to create something a little different.
There is so much wedding inspiration that can come from the images where the emphasis like the pre raphealites was on brilliance of colour.
Images of the day were captured by Kevin and Sabrina at Pengelly Photography.
Those involved included Beautiful hair 4 weddings – Tina Crossley, Emma Brooks Makeup, Florist – Wild Poppies Flowers – Samantha French, Venue – Layer Marney Tower , Artisan costume hire , and Model Charlette Kilby .
On Wednesday afternoon I was delighted to share the exciting world of the Ultimate Wedding Magazine and report on how they are making advancements in streamling the ease of the Wedding Planning experience.
With two years printing wedding publications, Ultimate Wedding Magazine or UWM thought it was time to move with the times, no more digital dinosaur!
On Thursday morning it was all about the ladies, and vintage inspired Hen parties as I introduced you to the Vintage Hen House.
The Vintage Hen House was created so that girls could throw a party that would celebrate their betrothed friend getting married, in a fun and stylish way that won’t make her blood run cold.
On Thursday afternoon I was thrilled to share some great tips with regards to making your money go further when planning a Destination Wedding.
With the average wedding in the UK costing around £18,200 many couples are considering getting married abroad to reduce the cost.
Advice by Victoria Kingston a currency expert at www.comparecurrency.comthe leading online money transfer and travel money comparison website.
On Friday morning I was delighted to share a stunning Glasgow Engagement Shoot with a splash of Red captured in in the cities leafy Southside.
Images of the day were captured by by Nicola Cooney Photography.
On Friday lunchtime it was my great pleasure to introduce Tree of Hearts, a Wedding Stationery company based in Shropshire.
To close Friday afternoon I was delighted to share an exquisite Stoke Rochford Hall Wedding with fushion of cultures of touches of navy and orange.
Images of the day were captured by Mark Pugh Photography.
I hope you savoured your Cuppa, and this round up of the Week on the MrsPandP.com Wedding Blog.
