Good Morning, and welcome to Mrs P and P’s Sunday Cuppa Wedding Blog Catch up.
Today I am delighted to re – visit and share the fabulousness that has adorned the pages of the Wedding Blog this week.
We had a bumper batch of brilliant to start off the week.
I was also thrilled to share some fabulous advice from Charlie of CKB Photography on What to Wear to your Engagement Shoot.
Late on Monday it was time to get colourful.
In times of financial austerity we have to get a bit creative so I was delighted to share some Colour Pop Wedding Inspiration if you are on a Budget.
Whether it be for a fun hen party activity or an exciting birthday get- together guests can all enjoy this exciting workshop.
Muddy Puddles were order of the day on a Country walk Engagement Shoot with mans best friend included.
Joe and Daniela shared their Engagement Shoot with their dogs as they are very much part of their lives.
Images of the day were captured by the very talented Karen Massey.
A relaxed air and an attitude of contentment and celebration surrounded the intimate Winter Wedding of Joe and Daniela, captured beautifully by Karen Massey Photography which I was delighted to share on Tuesday afternoon.
On Wednesday morning I was delighted to introduce Newlyweds Alina and Stewart Carroll who run Glasgow – based White Balloon Films, a video production company specialising in cinematic wedding videography throughout the UK.
Later that day I was thinking of Poetry and how it can inspire, teach and really affect us, and I came across this lovely Wedding poem which talks about Love and my other favourite thing…Cake!
Everybody….well most people love Cake, and most people love to be in love.
Both are heartwarming, comforting and can lift you and raise a smile.
Therefore the recipe for a good Wedding Cake and furthermore, a good marriage goes hand in hand.
On Thursday I shared the beautiful Winter Wedding of Helen & Tony.
Sometimes its ok to be a wee bit outrageous, and on your Hen Party if you are going for the traditional rather than the sophisticated then thats the time for it.
In the afternoon I was thrilled to share the exquisite Heirloom Brooch Bouquets of Lindsey at Get Knotted.
What can I say about these bouquets other than they take your breath away, I wish I was getting married all over again so I could have my very own design.
Every family has special heirlooms which have been passed down generations and adding these into your wedding bouquet or button hole can be the perfect way to honour your loved ones.
Lindsey Hunter creates bespoke vintage brooch bouquets, bridesmaid posies and button holes. Each design is made to the specification requested by the bride and Lindsey always tries to incorporate family heirloom pieces into her designs.
On Saturday we explored How to Make The Right Choice when choosing an Engagement Ring.
He asked the question, and you said yes but now comes the subject of The Ring, and choosing the all-important ring can at times be a little bewildering.
Although not Blogged but just because its Easter, I would just love to share a wee bit of Easter Inspiration through one of my Pinterest Boards.
I hope you savoured your Cuppa, and this round up of the Week on the MrsPandP.com Wedding Blog.
I look forward to sharing many more lazy Sunday Mornings with you.
