Today I am thrilled to share this beautiful Cheshire Wedding at Rookery Hall with pretty pink details.
Images were captured by Jenny McAvoy at Weekday Wedding Photos.
Jenny has been a full time wedding photographer since 2008.
She has photographed weddings all over the country from Essex to Yorkshire, Cornwall to Coventry.
However she is a Northern girl at heart, and thinks there is nothing better than a good Northern wedding.
When she is not photographing weddings you will find her dancing at gigs, or quaffing cocktails in the Northern Quarter in Manchester.
Alternatively she may be baking brownies at home or browsing eBay for even more props for her studio.
Jenny says of the couples Big Day…
“Probably my favourite wedding of the year and a testament to a bride who had organised her day so well that it ran like clockwork on the day and everyone could relax and really let their hair down.”
“I had already met up with Jen and James a few times before their wedding for an initial wedding chat, engagement shoot and then engagement shoot viewing, so we were all pretty comfortable with each other.”
“I met up with Jen and her bridesmaids at Rookery Hall on the morning of the wedding.”
“Lorna Elizabeth MUA was there to make everyone look gorgeous and the atmosphere was very festive.”
“The bridesmaids were practising their group dance, Jen was inundated with surprises from James, from romantic heartfelt messages, to gorgeous flowers.”
“When I went to see the boys getting ready, they were recording their parts to Jen and James “Marryaoke” video, which was being created by videographer, Craig, of Unforgettable Memories.”
“I heard “I had the time of my life” a lot that day. It’s a good job I like it!”
“Jen wore a beautiful Cabotine figure hugging dress with a fabulous cowl back. Her bridesmaids wore vibrant pink.”
“The wedding ceremony took place in beautiful St Oswald’s Church in Worleston, Cheshire, and we could not resist a few images in the rapeseed field next door.”
“The reception took place at Rookery Hall set in an 1818 stately home in acres of beautiful gardens.”
“The bluebells were abundant so we had to incorporate them into the day.”
“After the first dance the bridesmaids and groomsmen had a dance off – showing off their moves to their pre-prepared dances. A good time was definitely had by all!”
Thank you so much to Jenny for sharing this stunning Cheshire Wedding.
Love the incredible vibrancy of the colour palette throughout the styling from the bridesmaid gowns, to the florals and the beautiful decoration.
And just adore the sense of real happiness and celebration radiating from the images.
