Today I am thrilled to share this romantic and windblown Elopement on the Irish Coast.
Images were captured by Luke Flint Media.
Luke Flint is a Belfast based creative wedding, engagement and portrait photographer.
He loves connection; meeting couples who have a unique connection together and connecting with like minded, passionate, adventurous people.
Connection is what makes life worth the adventure; sharing those moments, big and small with each other.
The excitement, beauty, romance, emotions, and even the challenges of life are not meant to be experienced alone and to capture moments that bring you together and show why you choose each other is what makes me passionate about photographing people.
He says of the shoot…
Ireland and Northern Ireland has some of the most stunning scenery and coastlines in the world.
It’s a hidden gem of intimate spots and epic locations which makes it so perfect for intimate ceremonies and elopements.
Places like the Giants Causway, Ballintoy Harbor, the Mourne Mountains and Kinbane Castle should definitely be on your list for your next adventure.
Emma and Simon’s day took place at Dunluce Castle on the wild cliffs of Ulster’s amazing North Coast.
I was delighted to be a part of their romantic day and had an absolute blast.
The couple have a great sense of style, their house is beautifully decorated, with amazing detailing and line drawn inspired art.
This was a bit of a busman’s holiday for Emma who is usually to be found the other side of the lens as an amazing photographer herself, so Simon ;no doubt is used to being the subject of many a photographic experiment, so it was a privilege for me to be recording their special moments.
We had to hop a few fences and brave the Irish sea wind to capture some amazing imagery but I think you’ll agree it was worth it!
We then travelled to the ancient Irish rocks at Ballintoy Harbour to catch the last light of their incredible day.
