A stunning Destination Wedding in Dubrovnik with blue, peach and grey details

Today I am thrilled to share this stunning Destination Wedding in Dubrovnik with blue, peach and grey details.

Images were captured by Iva and Vedran Weddings with planning and Co-ordination by Dukata Events.

Iva and Vedran are event and portrait photographers based in northern Croatia.

They love visual arts, urban design, vintage style, movements, dancing, nature, but most of all they love the camera.

Iva loves portraits, Vedran likes landscapes, and together they create characteristic photo images that are memerable

In the digital and analogue media, they develop special cadres, tranquility with soft shadows and building lighting, and yet they love and experiment with bright colours and tones too

Our engagement was not what you would call traditional and there was no engagement as such.

We just decided we wanted to get married and we then had a custom engagement ring made.

We weren’t really into the big traditional white wedding, or lots of fuss so we knew early on that a destination wedding abroad would suit us.

I had never been to Dubrovnik, but Luke, and some of our family had, and they loved it.

After dong some research online, we decided it was the place for us.

All our plans were falling into place but then we found that we were due a baby 11 weeks before our Big Day, but It all went perfectly on the day and it was so special having our baby son there with us.

Being a little untraditional I decided on a dress with a sky blue tulle skirt from Rock the Frock Bridal and Lukes outfit was by Ted Baker.

The ceremony was held in the open courtyard of Dubrovniks Sponza Palace and the reception too place at the Grand Villa Argentina.

After the ceremony there was a walk through the city for portraits and some time at the garden of the Villa Sheherezade at the seashore.

Our colour scheme was blue, peach and grey with plenty of greenery and flowers and we had elevated hanging flowers over our tables, and t-lights.

Across the whole terrace we had festive lighting which made it perfect.

The band was amazing, the food delicious and we could not have wished for anything more.

We could not have asked for a more gorgeous setting to get married, and our guests were wowed by he venues, and the decorations, and the photos capture the essence of the day beautifully.
