When you take a handsome soldier, a gorgeous girl, throw in a red, white and blue colour theme, then what you have is the very British Wedding of Tristan and Fiona.
Images of the day were captured beautifully by White Gold Images.
Add in a vintage VW Campervan, gorgeous sunshine, miles of bunting and wrap it all up in a family full of love and laughter then what you have is a Celebration that will be remembered for many years to come.
Fiona and Tristan were married at St Rodolphs Church in the Rodings, Essex and combined the ceremony with the baptism of younger daughter, Frankie.
Older daughter Maddie was chief Bridesmaid and the theme for the accessories was the union flag, and red, white and blue – perfect for 2012’s year of celebration.
The Reception was The Ash Pub near Stanstead, and they did the couple proud with a great marquee and barbecue, beaten only by a never ending supply of bunting handmade by the Brides mum.
The beautiful colour contrasting flowers were by Petal Lane.
Thanks to Yvonne for sharing this gorgeous British Wedding.
I love all the red, white and blue touches that celebrate culture and nationality so well and a year when thsi was all the more important.
The images just swell with emotion and it is such a celebration of family and looks so relaxed and a lot of fun, and I really adore those Irregular Choice shoes…gorgeous!
