Courtenay owns and runs Courtenay Photographic with his wife Laura.
Courtenay is a highly experienced professional wedding photographer, with a very distinctive relaxed style through which he can’t hide his sense of fun.
He recollects on the fantastic Big Day of Steph and Kev,
“In early June I headed off to one of the most local weddings I have ever done, and the weather behaved too which was a real bonus.”
“First thing off to the house to see Steph, less than five minutes away for me, busy busy lots of people and much goings on.”
“Then it was off to the Church to catch up with Kev and wait for the arrival of the gorgeous Bride.”
“After a lovely ceremony there was a little drive through the lovely Dorset countryside to the Victorian barn for the wedding reception.”
“The weather stayed with us, something few and far between at a Summer Wedding this year so it was time for champagne and canapes on the lawns, and some family formal pictures.”
“Then I slipped away with Kev and Steph for some more romantic portraits.”
“Following this it was the sumptious wedding breakfast followed by speeches and cutting of the wedding cake.”
“By now it was raining outside, but no-one cares, because they are all tucked up warm and cosy ready to watch Steph and Kev take to he dance floor for the their first official dance as husband and wife.”
Thanks to Courtenay for sharing this beautiful day. The delicate purple touches and the laid back flow of the day are just simply lovely, and I just adore this Victorian Barn, what a stunning setting.
