A beautiful and romantic Italian Wedding styled shoot with autumnal jewel tones

Today I am thrilled to share this beautiful and romantic Italian Wedding styled shoot with autumnal jewel tones.

All of the gorgeous details were captured by talented London based Photographer Louise of Mrs Jutson Photography, and styling by The Wedding Hub.

Danielle of the Wedding Hub says of the shoot…

At the latter part of last year a team of us travelled to Italy to take part in a styled shoot organised by Italian Wedding Planner Jo of Accent Events.

Our aim was to showcase just how special Italy and its people are, and how amazing it is to host your celebrations there..

The VenueArt Hotel Villa Fiorella

WOW, where to start?

Set in the hills above the Sorrento coast, sheltered by verdant olive tree groves, Art Hotel Villa Fiorella is Massa Lubrense’s best-kept secret: a trendy new Italian wedding venue that’s a haven for couples who yearn for the beautiful combination of sea, sky and earth.

The hospitality provided to us from every member of staff at this beautiful boutique hotel was utterly outstanding!

We were looked after so well, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was still open to the public whilst we were there shooting, so not only did we get to witness how well they treated their guests, we were given the same exceptional service.

I do truly believe if you chose to elope and tie the knot at this venue, you wouldn’t be disappointed.

The service, location and oh my days the food are out of this world, and it has the most amazing views and you can’t help but feel utterly relaxed.

Getting married aside, if you ever get the chance to visit I highly recommend you get yourself booked in to this place and enjoy a little slice of heaven!

The Shoot Team

Jo of Accent Events had a clear idea of style and concept for the shoot..

As a planner she wants to focus on providing a memorable experience for couples wanting to get married in Italy who have a deep love for travel, adventure, culture and all that this majestic country has to offer.

She had an inherent excitement, passion and enthusiasm for getting the right look, and secured the perfect venue, location and suppliers to bring this across,

MUA to the stars Joanna Falanga created a soft, beautiful and timeless look with her makeup and hair styling skills on Victoria with a pretty braided updo and barely-there make-up.

Wonderful Carmela of Carmela Ceremonies, who speaks both English and Italian, is your go to lady for all civil and symbolic celebrant services, and was our officiant for the day.

There are some beautiful spots in the grounds of the hotel for symbolic ceremonies, such as the exchanging or rings under the boughs of an olive tree.

Beautiful  venue decor was sourced from hired from Wedding Chairs & Co who have some wonderful props and furniture which would totally enhance the look and feel of your  Italian wedding day as it did on our photo shoot.

Talented local florist Giuseppe & Luisa Terrecuso of Fiori Sorrento provided all the floral arrangements, and it was so lovely to see them pulling up in the cutest little truck laden with a boot full of flowers in dreamy rich lush autumn colours!

The Brides fragrant bouquet comprised Avalanche roses, dahlias, chrysanthemums, lisianthus, astilbe, eucalyptus, myrtle, rosemary and olive.

Our two gorgeous models are actually a real life couple who travelled from Tuscany to be with us for the shoot, and it was a delight to hear all about their own Italian love story.

Victoria (who is actually a super talented artist) had packed only a backpack of belongings several years ago heading for adventure with a one way ticket, quickly meeting and falling head over heels for this cheeky chap and Italy!

To complement the easy elegance of the Villa’s gardens, Victoria wore  “Wendy” by Saja from Rock The Frock Bridal, a cream full-length dress with diaphanous chiffon layers, draped shoulders and a silky sash bel.

This was accessorised  by a stunning hair vine made by Claire Austin.

Adriano looked rather dapper in the Southwold Suit from The Vintage Suit Hire Co.

They  couple were total naturals at modelling and provided us with some great entertainment along the way…

Stationery & Styling was provided by my stationery company Faithful Designs.

In real weddings I draw inspiration from the couple, and their personality and passions in d

For the purpose of the shoot I knew that Victoria was an illustrator, and draws and paints so I wanted it to have a connection with her.

I used what looked like paint textures and a soft hand written style font in the stationery with my colour palette inspired by autumn tones and so that they would coordinate with the table setting

We used a pomegranate too as part of the decor as in many cultures it symbolises marriage and good luck, making it an apt big-day table styling feature.

Finally the stunning cake was provided by the hotel and decorated by myself. We adorned it with flecks of rose-gold foil, flowers and foliage reflecting the rustic glamour of a high summer or autumnal Italian wedding.
