Glitter and Sparkle – A Winter Wedding inspired Photoshoot

Today I am thrilled to share this gorgeous winter wedding  photoshoot with lots of glitter and sparkle inspiration.

The Photoshoot was brought together by Mwai of 9ice Events after she recently attended a wedding fair at the Cantley House Hotel; and was struck with admiration for the beautiful location.

She came to the conclusion that with the cold mornings, snow and Christmas approaching, she should create a mini intimate cosy winter wedding photo shoot.

Images were captured by Summers Photography.

She says of the shoot…

“With an awesome dream team I am delighted to bring you romantic winter wedding inspiration.”

Cantley House Hotel is spacious, comfortable and refined, set in acres of beautiful Berkshire parkland with sweeping lawns, and offers all the charm of a traditional country house hotel.”

“The Victorian mansion offers the finest facilities combined with the highest service values in Berkshire.”

“The  luxurious oak room was the ideal backdrop for this small intimate shoot.”

“Everything looks better with a little sparkle , and it seems like sparkle is the one thing that can take something plain and simple and make it look like you’re one glass of champagne away from a party.”

“So my inspiration for the shoot was drawn from one of my favourite things ‘Glitter and Sparkle!’

“Brides always shine on their wedding day, but I absolutely love the creative ways that sequins can be incorporated into any aspect of your wedding to add a little extra!”

“Can you say glamorous? Prepare to be dazzled by the all of the sequin wedding inspiration which is chalk full of endless inspiration for any style.”

“To set the scene there was plenty of silver, the table not being complete without oodles of sparkle for a fun, festive twist.”

“Striking silver sequined linens came from the Sweet Hostess with a touch of romance being provided by white chair covers from Busy Ps.”

“The menu, printed goods were created by Occasional Heaven and set the tone for a sparkling soiree while the magnificent floral centerpiece from Sonning flowers was the table’s pièce de résistance.”

“Luxury cookies from Didi’s Cookies as wedding favours created a personal feel.”

“The breath taking sweet table by laura from The Sweet Stylist fitted in perfectly with the theme on the silver sequin table cloth.”

“The luxury chocolate truffles from the Hotel Chocolat were just perfect for the finish touches,  while the two tier cake designed so delicately by Celebrations Cakes by Catherine Scott was just beautiful.”

“Liz of Liz Patey Make Up took care of make-up by applying dramatic red lips and sultry smokey eye shadow, the result was nothing short of spectacular.”

“The table decoration and wedding dress were designed by myself. The gown delicately, and utterly extravagantly hand-cut design fitted so beautifully on my lovely bride -Tashienna.”

“The look on the groom’s face when he saw her in the gown was just priceless!”

“To conclude the fabulous and all round sparkletastic photographs were captured  perfectly by my talented friend with lots of Scottish banter – Steph from Summers Photography.”

Thank you to Mwai and her collaborative team for sharing this elegant winter wedding inspiration.
