Good Afternoon, and welcome to MrsPandPs Easter Sunday Cuppa Wedding Blog Catch up.
Today I want to share a whole load of pretty as we look back on the fabulous features of this past week…
On Monday I was excited to share this gorgeous beach inspired wedding with sprinkles of yellow, handmade elements and an Alfred Angelo Dress.
The stunning shells and blue and yellow in the styling are perfection and a beautiful blend to the gorgeous setting right by the sea.
All the traditions, and the handmade elements such as the cake, cupcakes and decorations crafted by family using natural driftwood and shells make it an extra special big day.

On Monday afternoon I was delighted to spotlight on a new “How To” Floral Workshop from Lorraine Wood Flowers.
Lorraine Wood set up Lorraine Wood Flowers in 2011.
With a background in blooms from her teenage years where she worked in a flower shop as a Saturday girl in Paisley, Lorraine continued her floral craft training in floristry at college and working in some of Glasgow’s most established florists before setting up her own business.
The 1st workshop ran yesterday, Saturday 4 April at 10am and 12noon but there is further workshops running on 18 April, 14 May, 16 May and 27 June 2015. See feature for details.

On Tuesday I was delighted to welcome Jess aka the Flushing Bride to give a personal perspective on avoiding being a Bridezilla…that person we would rather not be during the wedding planning process..
Wedding planning can be a fraught and stressful sometimes, and we generally all have our moments but we shared some advice about not taking this to extreme and alienating those around us.
Bridal Dilemmas – Am I a Control Freak or Bridezilla?
On Wednesday morning I was thrilled to share the work of Off With Her Head Millinery who specialise in creating amazing bespoke headwear with an alternative twist, whether it be bridal, burlesque, vintage gothic or geeky.
Such bold, eye catching designs for the Bride who wants something a wee bit different for her big day look or for the stylish guest or for a funky Bridesmaid that wants something special to adorn their head.

On Wednesday afternoon I was thrilled to share this gorgeous vintage and bird theme Wedding at Ramster Hall with a stunning Naomi Neoh Dress.
The styling is on point throughout with lovely bird table names and table plan, and vintage inspired lace and pearls amidst the decor and stunning floristry.
The cake is divine, and the Bride looks absolutely stunning in her Naomi Neoh dress with beautiful bridesmaids in gorgeous floral gowns.
The caricaturist, the steel band and the DIY Photobooth are a great fun touch too.

On Thursday I was really excited to share a gorgeous springtime styled shoot where the emphasis was firmly on cherry blossom wedding inspiration.
With fresh shades of white and pink this shoot is feminine, pretty and very versatile.
This showstopper of a shoot was captured by McAvoy Photography with an incredible collaborative team pulling out all the stops to create something fabulous.
Its such a fresh and pretty palette and the soft pink is jest perfect for spring and summer weddings.
The team has each played an incredible part from the beautiful gowns, to the stunning veils, breathtaking floristry to scrumptious looking cakes and the most lovely natural hair and make up.

On Friday I was delighted to spotlight on the Medieval Wedding Poet who writes unique personalized medieval wedding poetry that transforms a story into a gently comical medieval ballad, featuring the bride and groom as lady and knight.
Its certainly a very unique angle and very fitting for castle and medieval themed big days where the Bride and Groom want to transport themselves to a romantic age taking on the persona of the lady and the knight.
From alternative readings to speeches, to order of service sheets it is a unique gift that has untold use.

To Close today I want to wish everyone a very Happy Easter. and leave you with something that isn’t about Weddings but its most definitely about Love.
Whoever you are, whatever your beliefs it all comes down to this at Easter. This is where everything began…
So today lets remember a huge sacrifice as we enjoy those Chocolate Eggs as without this there would not be that…
I hope you savoured your Cuppa, and this round up of the Week on the Wedding Blog Catch Up.
I look forward to sharing many more lazy Sunday Mornings with you.
