Good Morning, and welcome to MrsPandPs Sunday Morning Cuppa Wedding Blog Catch up.
Today I want to share the pretty as we look back on the fabulous features of this past week.
To kick off the week I was thrilled to spotlight on Truly Truly Tartan, a small business based in Scotland, creating Scottish themed jewellery and accessories all designed and handmade by Trish Tracy.
Now if you are anything like me you love a bit of tartan, and these stunning necklaces, tie pins, cufflinks, earrings, clocks and more take the fabric and give it a stylish twist.
Over the last few months I have been feeling a bit lost, and without direction.
Call it tiredness, call it being much too busy, call it having no time for myself, call it poor health.
Added all together it made me question myself and be a little discontent.
Life is a series of swings and roundabouts and we have to take the bad with the good.
I have spoken before about What I am and What I am not, and those words have resonated a lot recently.
But two seperate things have snapped me back to focus from the overwhelming mist that had descended.
Three or four simple words may at first seem small and insignificant but they can have huge meaning in the bigger picture of life.
I was thrilled to spotlight on the work of Rachel Harrington and The Charity Candle Company.
The company raises money for Dogs Trust, EACH, Teenage Cancer Trust & The Royal British Legion by creating beautiful candles from soy wax with a portion of profits being dedicated to the chosen charities.
It gave me great pleasure to share an insight into the beautiful Pantone Colour hues that will inspire and influence Weddings this coming year.
There has been most definetely a softer take on colour for 2016, and I think the chosen shades are perfect for Spring celebrations.
I have brought together a moodboard and some styling suggestions to give you some tips on how to implement the colours in your Big Day.
Hello! Its a simple word but one that is so important in introduction.
From when we are tiny tots to when we go to school, to starting work and in every day life, its a word we constantly use.
Turning the focus to Weddings, that is something that would not happen without the word being said.
From that simple hello, friendships blossom, and relationships grow.
So today as we enter a brand new year I want to offer a friendly introduction to me if you don’t already know me.
I hope you savoured your Cuppa, and this round up of the Week on the Wedding Blog Catch Up.
I look forward to sharing many more lazy Sunday Mornings with you.
Hope you had a fabulous New Year and wishing you all the very best for the coming year.
May 2016 be amazing for you all.
