Good Morning, and welcome to Mrs P and P’s Sunday Morning Cuppa Wedding Blog Catch up.
Its been an ups and downs kind of week at P and P Towers with the high of the Blog’s growth (10% rise in readers month on month) and reaching 107 weeks as UK No.1 Wedding Tweeter.
And the low of missing out on an award at the Scottish Wedding Awards.
However its been a fab week of features and today I want to re – visit the fabulousness that has adorned the pages of the Wedding Blog.
On Monday morning I was thrilled to kick off the week with a stunning Welsh military Wedding in Oxwich Bay, a beautiful bay on the south of the Gower Peninsula.
Its lush landscape features sand dunes, salt marshes and woodland, with a 2.5-mile long sandy beach.
Images of the day were captured by Rob Grimes Photography.

On Monday afternoon I was delighted to introduce the incredible Susanna Hanl, designer/maker of precious metal and gemstone jewellery.
All of her pieces are one-offs in silver and gold, as well as bronze, copper and brass. Many of them are set with diamonds, pearls or unusual precious and semi precious stones.

From carnivals to masquerade balls to parties to Weddings, fantasy comes into play with dramatic, beautiful masks, tiaras , crowns, hair vines, and circlets

On Thursday I was excited to explore some ideas and styling for a Medieval Wedding bringing the theme right into the present day.
On Friday Morning I was practically giddy to share the utterly amazing Wedding of Mr and Mrs Potato Head.
Now this may be a little on the alternative side but even in the world of play, the drama, the excitement, the emotions and the tender moments are as poignant as in real life.
Images from this brilliantly creative shoot were captured by the fabulous Chris Thornton Photography.

In the world of Event Decor we crave the sparkle, the pretty and the unusual so on Friday afternoon we focused on the unique fine event Linens from Gilded Linens.
With an elegant and unique portfolio that is unrivalled in the UK their 2014 collection features sequins, chevrons, stripes and rosettes.
Its been a growing trend in the UK since Pinterest became popular, and Brides and Grooms are clamouring for beautiful event linens to compliment their Big Days.
This year with metallics being massive the need for sequins and glitz grows.
