Good Morning, and welcome to MrsPandPs Sunday Morning Cuppa Wedding Blog Catch up.
Today I want to share a whole load of pretty as we look back on the fabulous features of this past week…
To kick off the week I was delighted to share this beautiful, and incredibly intimate wedding at Bluestone Bay in Tasmania.
Images were captured by Gemma Clarke Photography.
On Monday afternoon I was thrilled to share some beautiful inspiration for a Christmas Wedding with this gorgeous festive styled shoot.
Cecelina of Cecelina Photography says of the shoot …
“Christmas weddings are always special to photograph, the quickly vanishing light followed by warmth and cosyiness indoors.”
“The winter bridal look is dramatic, which I wanted to be reflected in the photographs, as well as bringing a personality and warmth to signify the realness of the event rather than just a styled look.”
“I also wanted to show that the light, airy feel to wedding photography can be created in winter, a question I always get asked by my clients who plan their wedding during the darkest months.”
On Tuesday morning I was delighted to spotlight on The Hen Planner, a resource to help you plan the perfect hen party creating something extra special with stylish flare.
The Hen Planner dream began in London, but is now based in Dublin, Ireland.
It is your essential guide to stylish, sophisticated hen parties where you can browse a directory for ideas across the UK & Ireland.
You can also buy non traditional hen party accessories, and decorations for the Bride who wants a more sophisticated do.
On Tuesday afternoon I was delighted to share the fabulous Urban Engagement Shoot of Ayeesha & Billy at Clarence Docks, Leeds.
Images were captured by Meagan Sarah Photography.
Meagan says of the shoot… “It was nice to do some shots in more of an urban environment rather than the typical choice of a park.”
“Even though Clarence Docks is a busy place, it felt very calm and peaceful.”
“There were lots of plain walls and straight lines to work with and give it a serious feel but then, we found the graffiti wall which contrasted amazingly with what they were wearing.”
“This made the images really pop and add a playful element to the shoot.”
On Wednesday Morning I was very excited to spotlight on the awesome Kelly Scully of Tantrums and Tiaras who creates award winning bridal tiaras, jewellery and accessories.
Kelly says of her work… “I am a Designer of all things sparkly, fun and pretty.”
“Incorporating Swarovski Crystals and pearls, freshwater pearls and diamante I have put together stunning collections of hair accessories, bridal tiaras, and bridal jewellery whether it be a bracelet, pendant, earrings or necklace.”
I have known Kelly for some years and the quality and craftmenship of her designs is outstanding, and I am really thrilled to welcome her as a brand new Blog Sponsor.
On Wednesday afternoon I was delighted to share the work of Muscat London Bridal with their exquisite 2014 A/W collection of handmade contemporary wedding dresses for the confident bride.
Kevin Muscat set up his own luxury brand of clothing in 2012, the core of which embraces his philosophy of using organic, eco sustainable and natural fabrics.
The ‘Muscat London’ brand, with its influence from couture and fine tailoring is essentially about bringing a touch of luxury to the everyday.
In 2013 Kevin had a vision to create an alternative to the classic wedding gown, every piece in the collection is unashamedly minimal yet exquisitely feminine.
His bridal collection, a tour de force unrivalled in its originality, femininity and exquisite attention to detail, uses natural fabrics and each piece is lovingly hand made in his London studio.
On Thursday I was thrilled to share a beautiful Autumnal wedding captured in Pittsburgh with stunning seasonal colours.
They were married at St. Barbara’s Catholic Church with a wonderful reception following at the Ramada Greensburgh.
