Laura says of the couples Hampshire Railway wedding day..

Rhiannon and Tony’s Horsebridge Station wedding was a really happy day and they and their guests were a joyous bunch of people to be around.

The couple spent the morning in Winchester, getting ready for their wedding day, and after the preparations were done, the day continued with a ruse of epic proportions.

Their invited guests had no idea about any of the details of the wedding other than being told to meet  Groom Tony at a carpark in Winchester.

When they arrived, a vintage double decker bus picked everyone up to whisk them off to ceremony venue, Horsebridge Station.

Horsebridge Station is a lovingly restored Victorian railway station, where you can marry on one of the platforms, it has beautiful grounds and railway memorabilia dotted all around bringing some incredible character to the space,.

After the ceremony there were drinks on the platform,  with lots of cheese and a whole lot of cake to eat.

The cakes were amazing having been made by one of Tony and Rhiannon’s friends, and one even featured a picture of their cat.

After a lovely outdoor first dance, everyone made their way back on to the Mystery Bus for travel onto part 2 of the celebrations.

The evening celebrations took place at The Corner House where guests were served Chilli from Tony’s own recipe.

In between the food and the music, we popped out into the streets of Winchester for a few more portraits as the light started to fade, and to give the couple some time to themselves.7

They then danced the night away to the brilliant Alresford Ukelele Jam continuing their celebrations.
