Today I am thrilled to share a beautiful rustic Surrey Wedding with pastel tones and a biscuit theme.
Images of the day were captured by Ginny Marsh Photography.
Ginny Marsh is a full time professional photographer from Farnham, specialising in taking photos of what she loves – Weddings, Fashion, Portraiture and Boudoir.
Her style and approach to her work is really natural, informal and personal, and she loves relaxed, vintage, boho, retro and ethnic styles.
Ginny says of the couple and their day…
“Adam is an electrician and Filomena is a probation officer.”
“They are a very outdoorsy couple who like to travel and spend time with family and friends.”
“Adam surprised Fee with the proposal in a restaurant in Venice in 2015.”
“I was thrilled that Fee and Adam chose me to be their photographer, especially as I love Millbridge Court – I think it is such a great venue with lovely staff!”
“Millbridge Court is a truly unique wedding and events venue in the heart of the Surrey countryside. It’s also home to Kalm Kitchen, their fabulous in-house caterers and events team.”
“Another great thing about Millbridge Court Weddings is that they have been designed to deliver an unforgettable and seamless experience for you and your guests.”
“Their spectacular newly built wedding facilities include the exclusive use of our seven bedroom boutique hotel and on-site restaurant kitchen.”
“The catering and events partners, Kalm Kitchen, bring ten years of experience in creating stunning Millbridge court weddings, as well as across the South of England.”
“They really do share a passion for the little details that make each celebration unique and entirely tailored to you and your big day.”
“Their food is SO YUMMY and looks as good as it tastes!”
“The couples Wedding them was pastel colours and BISCUITS!”
“I loved the thought that had been put into the decorations and the day looked absolutely beautiful”.
“Decorations on the tables were very rustic with logs & vintage vases, and gold mirrors. The tables were names of biscuits!”
“The bouquets had a large array of wild pastel coloured flowers, made by the lovely Hannah Berry. Fee also had a brooch bouquet that was carefully made for her by a family member.”
Another beautiful aspect to their big day was Filomena’s dress, it was so incredible with delicate lace detailing and gorgeously figure hugging which suited Fee perfectly, embellished with delicate beading.”
“Fee’s bridesmaids complimented her look in a beautiful navy platinum grey.”
“After a beautiful church service I was so pleased we got to stop by Frensham Little Pond for some photos on the way back to Millbridge Court.”
“I love the beautiful setting as a backdrop for photos – it’s just a short walk to beautiful tall trees in woodland, and the beach next to the pond (gives it a seaside feel!).”
“Entertainment at the reception included a fantastic acoustic duo and Noel Qualter, magician.”
“Kalm Kitchen did some amazing food as always, including the patisserie bar for pudding, which is always a masterpiece of not only delicious desserts but gorgeously presented.”
“First dance was a lovely cover by Jessie J followed by Black Eyed Peas to get the party started… THEN the Italian music started… There was some amazing dancing going on!!!”
“It was clear to see that for the whole of this wedding all the guests were thoroughly enjoying themselves and celebrating with Fee and Adam from start to finish. The Italians and the Irish know how to party!”
Thank you so much to Ginny for sharing this incredible Surrey wedding.
Love the subtle rustic styling with the use of log slices in both centrepieces and cake stand.
The lovely biscuit table names add a nod to the theme and biscuits are a scrumptious feature in jars all around.
And what can be said about the doughnut wall ( not strictly a biscuit but YUM!)…
