Today I am thrilled to share this breathtaking autumnal vow renewal in Paris honouring a 20 year journey of love.
It was a celebration of moments they had made and shared together, and about reaffirming promises and making a new commitment to each other

Noelle says of the couples incredible vow renewal in Paris…
After twenty years of a wonderful and happy marriage, we decided to travel, just the two of us, to do something unusual to celebrate this special anniversary.
However, finding the right place turned out to be more difficult than we imagined.
Having lived in various countries, such as the US, Canada, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and traveling across the globe, nothing really stood out to us until we shifted our thinking.
Instead of simply going on a travel vacation to celebrate, we started thinking in terms of a vow renewal, which would be especially memorable and meaningful to us.
Most destination vow renewals that we researched were basically the same as destination weddings, which gave us many options to choose from.
These options were predominantly located at beach resorts.
While these locations and resorts are indeed wonderful and offer gorgeous settings and services, they didn’t appeal to us, especially because we have been living in Dubai for the past five years and are near beaches and resorts all year.
Through our online searches, we stumbled upon a few photographs featuring Paris weddings. This did inspire us—where better to renew our vows than in the romantic city of love!
After doing more online research, we selected a business called Do it Paris Way to plan, manage, and photograph our vow renewal.
This business first caught my attention because their photographs were stunning. The style, posing, and use of iconic Paris sites was professional and artistic.
As a photographer myself, I’m very hard to please. Photos were important to us because we wanted them to remember the day.
In addition to photography, the company also offered a number of options. We liked that we could work with one business that would coordinate everything—photos, locations, transportation, flowers, makeup, hair, and even the officiant to lead the renewal ceremony.
We wanted to enjoy the experience, not be stressed about coordinating all the various services. Do it Paris way did just that, they took the stress away and made planning very simple.
The day of the renewal went perfectly, and everything proceeded smoothly. The resulting photos capturing the day were perfect.
It was well organised, making it an incredibly positive, memorable and romantic experience, and a wonderful celebration of love and commitment for us.
While the ceremony was only attended by my husband and I, the service level was just as attentive as if it were a large wedding.
The ceremony was in the shadow of the the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero, and from there we went to the The Pont des Arts bridge, the Musee de Louvre and the beautiful Chateau-de-Maintenon.
In addition, we spent the days before and after the ceremony strolling the romantic streets of Paris and exploring fantastic restaurants and museums.
We love looking through the beautiful photos, which brings back wonderful memories of this very special fall day in Paris and the time we spent in this City of Love.
