Today I am thrilled to share the colourful and absolutely joyful pub wedding of Matt and Ian at The Prince Albert in Camden.
Images were captured by Babb Photo.

Laura says of the couples day…
Ian and Matt met on Tinder and their first date was in a pub so it was quite apt that their wedding was held in one too.
The things that were important to them and what they were were most looking forward about their wedding day was exchanging vows, popping some prosecco, cutting their cake, and then dancing the night away.
Matt and Ian wanted coverage for part of the day and having shots of them getting ready wasn’t important to them, so on the day I arrived just before their guests.
I’d never shot a wedding ceremony at The Prince Albert before, only a wedding reception butt was a really lovely space for a ceremony with really lovely light from big windows on all sides of the building.
After an informal and lovely ceremony conducted by Camden Registrars everyone enjoyed a glass of bubbles while I whisked Ian and Matt away onto the streets of Camden for some unobtrusive and creative portraits.
After a casual drinks reception, everyone sat down to dinner and this was followed by a pub quiz!
The beautiful flowers dotted around in the styling were colourful and unstructured and were provided by the excellent Alright Petal.
The cake made by Cat Food Cakes was totally epic too with a Star Wars / space theme perfect for a May The Fourth wedding and when Ian and Matt cut into it, it had a rainbow in the middle to celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride.
