Today I am thrilled to share the gorgeous intimate Kent Wedding of Russell and Sarah with pretty blush pink details at The Barn in Tunbridge Wells.
Images were captured by Helen England Photography.
Helen England is a Wedding obsessive.
She takes beautiful, creative photographs that faithfully capture the story of your wedding day. But more than that, she creates photographs that make people happy!
Through her work, you’ll be able to relive the romance, excitement, energy and happiness of your wedding day – not just for now but for many years to come.
She loves to capture people who love to laugh. She photographs people who are completely nuts about each other, and people having a brilliant time.
It’s her job to capture the full story of your day: the big moments as well as all the not-so-big in-between moments that matter just as much.
Her style is relaxed, natural and authentic, and captures real moments as they unfold. she embraces natural light and bright colours with a soft, gentle and romantic edge.
Helen says of the couples intimate Kent Wedding….
Russell proposed to Sarah in a little restaurant in the shadows of the Leaning Tower of Pisa when we were on holiday in Italy in October 2018, totally unexpectedly and so romantic.
As they had both been married before they decided on a fairly small intimate wedding, and for that reason they chose The Barn in Tunbridge Wells.
It was the only venue they visited, and on seeing it they decided it was the perfect choice.
Her dress was by Monsoon and was the only dress she tried. It was exactly the type of dress she had always dreamed of, and fitted perfectly.
The Bridesmaid dresses were also by Monsoon and were in a gorgeous blush tone, with flower girl gowns also by the retailer.
The floral arrangements were by Fleur Mantella and were a mix of seasonal tones to compliment the blush pink theme, and the cake was made by made by the daughter of a friend.
On the day Sarah and her Bridesmaids were driven to the venue in a Beauford Vickers Convertible Tourer which for them was an incredible experience, and she remembers feeling enormously excited and not at all nervous,
Sarah was given away by her tow sons Matthew and Jonathan.
The ceremony was very personal and included a reading by Mathews step daughter, the Pageboy presenting the rings and Matthew paying tribute to his late father.
As another tribute Sarah had locks of her parents hair in a locket that she wore on the day.
After the ceremony they made their way over to Calverley Grounds for some photographs with the Bridesmaids.
This was followed by a delicious wedding breakfast and some very entertaining speeches from the Groom and Best Man.
The Brides youngest daughter Rachel also made a speech which reduced Sarah to tears of happiness.
The evening entertainment was provided by The Barns resident DJ, and the first dance was This I Promise You by Ronan Keating.
