She says of the couple, and their beautiful wedding day…
The couple met after Bride Lowrie and her mum attended a gym that Rich was working at.
Her mother said to Rich “I’d love my daughter to date a guy like you!”
2 months later they met on a night out and the rest is history as they say, and they have been together for three years.
They are very much opposites that attracted with Lowrie being the more outgoing of the two, while Rich is the funny and calming one.
The wedding itself was incredible and held at the outstanding luxury venue Tower Hill Barns.
Lowri & Rich had a Handfasting Celtic ceremony under an old railway bridge in a country barns grounds of
They had done the legal bit the day before and thus were free to have a creative wedding ceremony.
They tied the knot literally with ribbons echoing the origins of marriage and where the tying of the knot saying comes from. The coloured ribbons, each signifying a different meaning, were wrapped around their wrists.
It was a beautiful and personal ceremony and one I will cherish being a part of.
For reception entertainment the bride’s mother had secretly booked a singing waiter.
It was so funny when he pretended to fall over in front of the bride who looked very confused and asked him if he was ok. He replied in full song!
Everyone loved this turn of events and enjoyed waving their napkins around!
The atmosphere was out of this world, and after Covid restrictions everyone was so excited for celebration and it was going off!
