Its nearly the change in season but just as all the daffodils and the snowdrops bloom I share this gorgeous snowy Virginia Winter Wedding with pretty green and gold detail.

Vlad and Chelseas special day brings together all the things we love about Winter – stunning crushed green velvet, bold pops of gold, warm fur wraps, and a gorgeous couple in love.

The setting was Antebellum of New Kent, a mansion house venue situated on 17 acres between Williamsburg and Richmond, Virginia.

The design of the house was a homage to the great houses of Charleston, and the blue ceilings of the porches are a nod to Southern roots.

The couple Vlad and Chelsea were high school sweethearts. They met in 10th grade when Chelsea was dating his best friend.

Groom Vlad tells us that knew that she was going to be something special from the beginning so he pursued her and she was eventually won over by his charm and witty personality.

Now, 13 years later they are so much more in love than when they started.

They share a home, two beautiful little babies, and a life that dreams are made of.

When Vlad first saw Chelsea in her wedding gown, he could barely hold back tears. He got a little emotional because he said he had never seen her look so beautiful!

After capturing some incredible images of the bride and groom inside with the beautiful styling, everyone put on their brave face and headed out in the snow.
