Christina is a photographer based in Glasgow, Scotland.
She says of her Photography “It’s impossible to tire of creating a new image so I just keep on doing it.”
“I work with people who’s own art, be it in fashion, music or whatever else, inspires me to create something of my own, and this now applies to Weddings of which this was my first.”
The couple Jillian and Gareth moved from Scotland to Gran Canaria where they are teachers, and they were planning on getting married there.
However, that is until a cancellation at their perfect Scottish venue Lochgreen House in Troon, caused them to drastically move the date forward.
Lochgreen House is a lovely Ayrshire mansion house hotel lovingly restored in 1989 which sits in thirty acres of woodland and gardens parallel to Royal Troon Golf Course on the historic Ayrshire coast.
Christina says of the couple “Jillian and Gareth were such a happy, laid back couple.”
“They contacted me because they didn’t want any cheesy traditional photographs, just a style that was casual, happy and laid back which is exactly what they were as people.”
“Their Big Day reflected the relaxed Vibe with a string Quartet playing, a beautiful emotional Ceremony, and plenty of fun and laughter throughout the day.”
“The styling of the day was relaxed too with hessian and lace touches which were incredibly pretty.”
“Combined with the stunning surroundings of Lochgreen with its stunning beams and dark wood inside and gorgeous gardens and outlook over the sea too.”
Its such a privilege to share the work of new Photographers on the Blog.
Thank you so much to Christina for sharing this beautiful Ayrshire Wedding.
