Today I am thrilled to share this relaxed Urban Vintage Warehouse Wedding in London with a Phase Eight Dress.

Paola De Paola is a creative, fun, but totally unobtrusive London wedding and same-sex photographer.
She has always been a passionate artist. After her degree in Fine Art, she worked as a professional photographer for music magazines and record companies.
She consequently moved to work for Getty Images as a high-end digital retoucher, more precisely for Contour Celebrities by Getty images.
During this time Paola was able to build a very deep understanding of the photographic industry.
Fifteen years experience with Getty UK has proved invaluable. As a natural progression Paola De Paola Weddings was born.
Paola says of the couple and their Big Day…
“Rebecca and Laurent met one Christmas in a pub in North London and it was love at first sight, literally, just like in a fairytale.”
“They are so incredibly laid-back and totally in love, the best way to describe them is an English Rose meets French hipster. Beauty and kindness meets charismatic Parisien charmer…”
“All they wanted for their wedding was a day to remember, full of positive energy, dear friends, and family.”
“As a wedding photographer I generally start the day with taking pictures of the preparation.”
“But for this wedding the couple, they decided not to have any preparation pictures, as they felt they wanted to spend the time before the wedding with friends and family.”
“The wedding was celebrated in a beautiful local church.”
“Becca’s family has been going to this church for a very long time, so they knew the priest personally.”
“Many of the friends and relatives came from France as Laurent is originally from Paris.”
“Becca decided to wear a practical but beautiful gown from Phase Eight, as she wanted to enjoy the day without worrying about spoiling her dress.”
“Their gorgeous reception venue was Brixton East 1871.”
“Situated right in the heart of buzzing Brixton, it was formerly an industrial Victorian warehouse.”
“Nowadays it’s the perfect wedding venue for chilled out couples.”
“I personally love this very spacious urban London venue, with exposed brick walls, high ceiling and an impeccable very caring owner, Andy Luckett!”
“The location is a blank canvas, and can easily be transformed to fit whatever the couple wishes to achieve.”
“Their catering was done by the incredible Feast, a company that specialise in events, they are very friendly and adaptable, the food is absolutely delicious.”
“I felt deeply connected with this couple, and loved their unhurried attitude to life and their wedding.”
“They are terribly in love and tremendously relaxed and that’s all it counts…”
