She says of the couples Big Day…

From the moment Naomi and Alex booked me to photograph their wedding, I was counting down the days until it arrived!!

St Dunstan in the East and the Gherkin ~ absolute dream wedding venues for me! (and probably a lot of Wedding Photographers!)

I knew, what with Naomi being an event planner by job, it was going to be incredible! And even still, it blew away all my expectations!

It was a gorgeous day at three of the most breath-taking venues in London!

Naomi and Alex really wanted a documentary approach to their wedding photography which worked perfectly with my natural style.

The soft pink theme was a gorgeous choice for a summer garden wedding.

Naomi’s Oleg Cassini dress was simply stunning and had the most incredible train on it. It was highly layered and her veil and vintage style hair piece was the finishing touch to her elegant look

. I am in LOVE with her pink suede shoes from Phase Eight too!

The bridesmaids wore different shades of pink and different style dresses to suit their figures and tastes which I always think works really well.

Naomi and Alex married at St Lawrence the Jewry Church in the City of London. The interior of the building is incredible and the staff were wonderful too.

After the ceremony, everyone made their way to St Dunstan in the East on a big red bus for the drinks reception.

These gothic gardens made from ruins are simply stunning and I love the idea of having something like this right in the heart of London.

Everyone chilled and enjoyed the drinks and canapes. It was so laid back and I loved capturing the atmosphere throughout.

Next stop – The Gherkin. Just Wow. The views from Searcys Restaurant where the wedding breakfast was held are amazing.

It really has the ‘wow’ factor for a dinner venue.

After all the food, everyone made their way to the top floor to enjoy more drinks and party the night away to the awesome band that were playing. And the sunset made it even more special that day.
