Today I thrilled to share the stunning, sunny, yellow inspired Buckinghamshire Wedding of Lisa and Nathan at Danesfield House Hotel.
Danesfield House is situated near Marlow in the Chiltern Hills, and is a former country house now used as a hotel and spa.
The house stands on a plateau which shelves steeply down to the River Thames to the south.
Images of the day were captured by Hannah McClune Photography.
Hannah McClune is a wedding photographer covering Berkshire and the surrounding counties.
She says “I just love weddings and being able to document couple’s celebrations is such a joy.”
“My enthusiasm and experience results in modern relaxed images of people having fun with those they love.”
I hand over to Hannah to share her recollections of the day…
“Lisa and Nathan had been together for a while.”
“More than a while actually, years, and in that time they had been very busy both running their own successful business, moving into their first home and having a beautiful little girl and getting engaged.”
“Yet the wedding planning took a back seat when Lisa found out she was expecting their second little girl.”
“As family life took over they didn’t spend a lot of time thinking about a wedding until they popped into the incredible Danesfield House Hotel in Marlow to wander around their wedding fair.”
“But as soon as they stepped into the spectacular venue they just knew it was where they wanted to get married.”
“Availability at their perfect wedding venue is limited, so when they found out there was a space, a Thursday in 6 weeks time.”
“They leaped at it and in record time managed to pull their wedding team of suppliers together to create the day of their dreams and on the hottest day of the year Nathan and Lisa married.”
“The grand house and fantastic grounds in Buckinghamshire were an amazing setting for their wedding day.”
“Their two daughters, Eliza and Izobel played a big role in the couples day and looked adorable in their tiny flower girl dresses.”
“Beautiful bride. Beautiful venue. Beautiful weather.”
Thank you so much to Hannah for sharing this stunning Buckinghamshire Wedding.
I love the family centricness that is evident on the day, and I also love yellow as a Wedding palette, it conjures up happy in its very hue.
Stunning flowers, gorgeous gown, beautiful setting, radiated joy makes for a wonderful celebration which happened 1 year ago today so I would like to wish Lisa and Nathan a very Happy 1st Anniversary.
