Sponsor Feature – New Sponsor – Angelfins Wedding Stationery

Today I am thrilled to welcome the lovely and talented Yvonne Cassells of Angelfins as a Sponsor on the Plans and Presents Blog.

I have known Yvonne for a while through her work in the Scottish Wedding Industry, and through meeting at Wedding Fairs and I was lucky enough to have her create the outstanding Goody Bags at the Big Fat Scottish TweetUp.

Yvonne’s Bespoke Wedding Stationery company is based in Bridge of Weir in Renfrewshire but can deliver to anywhere in the UK and beyond.

As well as her talent in Stationery, Yvonne was my technical help with the design of my New Blog.

She shares a little about her work,

What is it you do, and what services do you offer ?

“Angelfins Wedding Stationery wants you to have the WOW factor with all your wedding stationery without a large price tag. Our designs are created
with our love of polka dots, textures and all things that sparkle!

When, and why did you start your business ?

“The name Angelfins is a combination of my children’s names Angel & Finlay (although we now have a Brodie too!). When Finlay was born we found it really hard to find
affordable personalised cards so I decided to make my own, ! I then developed some wedding designs  and it snowballed from there.”

What inspires you ?

“I take my inspiration from lots of things – clothes, films, venues, eras!  I love polka dots, which do feature, a lot in my designs and my brand but I love to use anything thats unusual.”

What has been your favourite assignment, and why ?

“I really enjoy creating bespoke designs and LOVE a theme. This year I’ve had some great themes such as a Friends themed wedding, and a Zoo / Leopard
print wedding.”

Whats your greatest achievement ?

“I’m so proud of how far my business has developed in such a short time. Its was just over 3 years ago that Angelfins begun and I now have over 300
products on my website. The wedding industry is such an exciting world to work in and you get to meet such lovely people, both couples and suppliers.”

Whats the future for your Business ?

“2011 has been a crazily busy year and next year looks set to be even busier! I’ll be launching some new wedding designs 2012 and I want to develop
my baby & birthday ranges too. Onwards and upwards!”

Yvonne shares just a few of her beautiful designs.
