Today I am thrilled to share this dark and moody 1920s and Gothic Inspired styled shoot with glam & spooky influences.
The awesome collaborative team from just outside Nashville, Tennesee have created something truly enchanting.
Images were captured by Amy Rouyer of And How Imaging.
Amy says of the shoot…
“The couple that modeled for us are actually married, and these were their outfits they got married in!”
“They have their own unique style, and that combined with their incredible personalities made them perfect for this session.”
“These two love to “play dress up” and even made sure to choose their wedding attire so that they could continue wearing it for other fun occasions, and they have!”
“We had the best team for this styled session, and everyone came together and had a blast on the shoot day.”
“Amulet Farm in Gallatin, Tennessee (right outside Nashville) was such a great fit as a venue.”
“We loved the dichotomy of glam and sparkly elements mixed with the spooky vibe of an old barn and open fields.”
“The deep, luscious tones of the flowers and cake we felt really added some warm elements that are so reminiscent of autumn, and also lend themselves well to the styling of the period.”
“The addition of gold accented pumpkins and a oujia board add some subtle Halloween elements without being overly themed.”
“The brides deep finger waves in her hair and smokey eyes came together for such a rich smoldering look.”
“Combined with the grooms amazing tailcoat and piercing gaze really made for some striking portraits!”
Thank you so much to Amy for sharing this outstanding 1920s and gothic inspired styled shoot, and the collaborative team for shaing their combined talent.
I love the bold jewels and headpiece against the darkness of the gown, it adds an air of luxury and strength, and the gown is just stunning and perfect for the Bride that likes to express herself.
Complimenting his Bride, the Groom looks dashing and very sauve in his tails.
I love too the deep rich colours of the styling, bringing a warmth to a chilly and dark season.
