Today I am thrilled to share this luxurious jewel toned wedding styled shoot at Hylands House Estate.
Images were captured by Nathalie Delente Photography with the creativity of an incredible collaborative team.
Nathalie says of the shoot…
I wanted to style and create a wedding shoot that incorporated lots of on-trend colours and styles.
The idea was to create a series of images that were rich in colour and detail, without being afraid to use a variety of bold and vibrant colours and with a mixture of old and new objects.
I wanted something which had a very luxurious and lavish look but but was also achievable for brides.
The key colours for the shoot are; purple, gold, pink and red. All the details and decor were one of the key colours.
The table decor was predominantly gold and purple.
The assortment of gold glasses were purchased second hand from eBay and Facebook, the cutlery from eBay.
The linen was provided by Simply Linens. Again, the plates were a mixture of shop bought and second hand items. Charger plates were from Ellis Events.
I have always been a fan of mixing old with new, this is what I did with the decor on the head table.
With floral arrangements I wanted to have a very elaborate feel but still in keeping to the trends by having lots of colour, textures, and height to the arrangements.
The confetti that ran along the gold chairs down the aisle was dried petals that I bought and mixed the colours up.
Again, using pink, blue and yellow dried petals.
The setting was the banqueting room at Hylands House Estate, mainly for its raspberry pink walls, textured wall paper and grandiosity.
I wanted the bride to have two dresses; one, slightly more contemporary white one and the other I wanted to push the colour boundaries and go with the red dress. Both dresses were from a fantastic designer, Rosie Red Corsetry.
Each supplier was carefully selected on the basis that I knew they would fit with the vision that I had.
Fifis Cakery designed the stunning desert table and brought along two beautiful cakes.
Her deserts included hand painted macarons, gold, red and pink covered biscuits, cake pops and some beautifully designed cupcakes.
The models were a real couple I met several years ago and were an absolute dream to work with.
Isn’t it beautiful!
Thank you so much to Nathalie and all those involved for their work on this stylish shoot that showcases beautifully the versatility of look in the venue and the incredible creativity of the team.
