Today I am thrilled to share a modern roaring 20s inspired Wedding with Art Deco elements and black and gold detail.
The Bank of East Aurora was a brand new venue in the Buffalo, NY area that opened its doors Fall of 2020
The art deco style is true to the original building built in 1923, and the owner Todd Stine worked to restore so many amazing original features which included the hardwood flooring, original skylight, and several working vaults.
It also had vintage glass top counters that customers once used to sign their deposit slips that will not be used for cocktails and hors d’oervres, and an operational night drop box for guests to drop their cards off before the reception.
To match the style of this building, it was obvious EVL Events needed to style a roaring 20s inspired wedding but with a modern twist.
There were so many special elements to this venue we made sure to capture every ounce.
Our Bride looked exquisite in a vintage inspired gown by Bridal Chateau, complimented by her Groom in a sauve black tuxedo
The brides spectacular bouquet, the ceremony arbour and table arrangements were created by designer Flowers by Nature.
To close the styling indoors the Blue Eyed Baker created a magnificent black and gold drip cake with accompanying macarons.
And to add the cherry to the top, we ensured there were also vintage vehicles available out front of the building to really capture the element of style.
