Black and Red Wedding Inspiration inspired by Brothers Grimm Fairytales & elements of Snow White

Today I am thrilled to share some incredible black and red wedding Inspiration inspired by the Brothers Grimm Fairytales & elements of Snow White.

Images were captured by Fly on the Wall Photography with the collaboration of a fabulous creative team..

The shoot drew its inspiration from some of the Brothers Grimm Fairytales with elements of Snow White.

The Venue was Big Day Out Events set in Aston Farm, Matlock in the Peak District, which gives a nod to its heritage by being filled with upcycled farm features.

The models were a real couple, Jamie and Mark who got married recently and the gown Jamie wore was from her wedding that she had made abroad to her own design specification.

Jamie, a super talented designer herself, accessorised with shoes she designed herself for both hers and her Groom, alongside a veil by Mini Quinni.

The stylist and florist Finishing Flourishes used a combination on fresh and artificial flowers in the styling as these can have a big impact with a smaller budget.

There were fresh velvet red roses and black brassica with lots of foliage, eucalyptus, moss and twigs, and for the artificial there were roses, peonies, ranunculus, ferns and rosehip.

These were to give the room the feel of unbridled nature with things were growing out of it and around the tables and chairs suggesting a decomposing feel.

The stunning stationery was created by Inked by Hand and has a gothic feel with beautiful calligraphy.

The glorious five tier black wedding cake by Urban Cakehouse was on theme with alternate damask patterning and gorgeous black and red sugar craft flowers.

Acting as celebrant to proceeding was Jas of Infinite Celebrations, and the beautifully statement hair and make up was by Mazz Loxton.

Each supplier playing a part brought their creative visions bringing the concept together,  and in turn showing off all their amazing work
