Bright autumnal wedding inspiration harnessing the beauty of the outdoors

Today I am excited to share this gorgeous styled shoot showcasing beautiful bright autumnal wedding inspiration that harnesses the beauty of the outdoors, and this glorious season.

Images were captured by Pedge Photography with the collaboration of a fabulous creative team.

Annabelle of Bellapeach Creative says of the shoot….

The inspiration behind this styled shoot was a bright autumnal wedding style, focussing on the beauty of the outdoors at this time of year.

The grounds at The Barn at Upcote have beautiful scenery with the fields and the lake it allowed us to reflect the true beauty of Autumn.

For the shoot we chose a range of gowns from The Dressing Room Stroud to show couples that different styles of dresses can complement different brides and the surroundings of your chosen venue depending on your particular style.

The image of the dress on the stairs is a lace fit and flare style in ivory.

The second dress was a fit and flare style with a flower applique detail and the final dress photographed by the lake was a classic lace a line in a champagne with Queen Anne neckline.

Individual Glamour wanted to showcase two different but equally stylish hair designs for this shoot, with both our models stunning red hair ina loose plait and also a pretty updo.

To compliment those looks Makeup by Charlotte Elise applied beautifully natural make up with a hint of autumn warmth.

The suits from Regency Groom were chosen with the autumnal theme in mind, so a 100% herringbone hessian waistcoat for the cooler evenings with a warm handled burnt orange bow tie and hanky to complement the stylish modern groom.

The exquisite cakes from Sugar Bowl Bakes were layers of texture and colours to build a rustic collection catering for a smaller wedding party.

The inspiration for the glorious flowers from Wendy House Flowers was woodland landscape and with the bright colours, natural fauna and mix of textures, we wanted to avoid the typical cliche orange for autumn in the flowers.

Autumn is so much more vibrant, it is like a sunset with many layers creating intense impact.

Styling was by Cotswold Wedding Co. and the wedding breakfast table was set with the woodland landscape inspired centre pieces and a rust colour scheme for the chair sashes and table runners to complement the floral display.

The bright autumnal wedding theme ran through all elements of the day with the stationery from Bellapeach Creative incorporating a burnt orange, rust and gold colouring with a country style.

The table plan was set in a rustic crate with a vibrant floral display to tie in the country style and showing the different layers that an autumnal wedding can really have.

All elements of the design were then followed through to the place names, menu cards, and table names with mini log place holders to set off the design, and tie up the autumnal styling.

Thank you so much to Pedge Photography for their incredible images, and to the team for their stunning creativity.

All of the suppliers involved in this shoot found each other via social media and built a strong working relationship with one another.

As the pandemic has heavily impacted the wedding industry this group of suppliers pulled together to support each other through a difficult time and to create a truly beautiful shoot to show couples what you can expect to see if you are looking at getting married in autumn as they cannot currently go and visit venues and meet suppliers face to face.
