Today I am thrilled share this beautiful styled shoot that takes us on a walk on the Bride side, focusing on precious bridal moments.
The inspiration is found in cherishing those courses of events that a Bride shares with others on her wedding day, extending that to see her as she lives through more private moments too.
Images were captured by Carlette Sky Photography with the collaboration of a fabulous creative team.
The setting for the shoot was the stunning Annesdale Mansion, an 1850s Italianate villa that combines elements of European romantic architecture with vintage Southern charm. which is located in the Annesdale Snowden Historic District in midtown Memphis.
As guests, there is a singular minute where we get to collectively take in the beauty of the bride.
She walks down the aisle, our gaze revolving around her as she moves towards the altar.
Our eyes tracing the silhouette of her dress. Absorbing the colours of her bouquet. The beauty of her hair and makeup.
In the moments after the I Do’s we all swarm her again for a second of her time to compliment her beauty, congratulate her union, and wish her and her husband or wife well.
But there are also bridal moments of preparation that we don’t see as she considers each part of the day, her feelings, her nervousness, and of course her excitement as she has her hair and make up done, and as she slips on her gown, or take these final steps to meet her love.
The colour palette chosen for the shoot was red, pink, and green.
Beautiful stationery by Pirouette Paper Company gave a wonderful insight into the teams vison for the day.
Special touches such as the vibrant red vintage automobile again from Ila Vivian Vintage Rentals completed the styling.
