Today I am thrilled to share this stunning shoot focused on a fundamental part of the wedding celebrations, the wedding ceremony itself.
Laura Jayne says of the shoot…
The concept for this shoot came about to focus on one of the most momentous parts of celebrating the path to marriage, the wedding ceremony.
The venue was dressed by The Stylish Wedding Company who provided the unique blossom chair hoods and all of the beautiful florals.
They also provided the balloon installation as well as all the draping and blossom trees!
Our wonderful stationer, Heather Corinthe Design, provided some beautiful place names for the ceremony which featured wax seals and tied perfectly in with the invitations.
Often this key part of the wedding is left to chance and guests are expected to know where to sit and leave enough space for the bridal party and close family.
By naming some seats, this avoids any awkwardness, or indeed too many seats being left at the front with the back being full!
Heather also created an amazing stationery suite which was styled beautifully by our photographers, Terri and Lori.
The beautiful hair and make up was styled by Samantha Blake from SJB Hair and Makeup who created the perfect look.
Following the ceremony, the wonderful team at Prosecco Palace provided a fabulous prosecco trailer, which made a wonderful addition to the venue grounds.
This was complimented by a superb cake display which was provided by Cobi and Coco cakes who made a stunning 4 tier creation, complete with 2 smaller separate complementary tiers.
The sugar roses were so intricate and detailed, and they really were a sight to behold!
These were displayed on Perspex plinths by The Stylish Wedding Company, creating a modern and elegant feature.
Perfect for a post ceremony drinks reception with a scrumptious sweet accompaniment.
Thank you to the team for sharing a focus on the very special part of the wedding day.
A Wedding ceremony should be about whats significant to just you, and to your story as a couple.
It can feel daunting as it feels like the scary bit of the Wedding but it can also be the most joyful, fun and loving part of the day.
Without doubt this shoot personifies the importance of not making the day all about the details and the party, but about the very special time that celebrates you most as a couple.
