Today I am thrilled to share a whimsical Christmas wedding shoot at the Wadsworth Mansion with accents of cream, toffee, and soft pinks.
With 2020 severely lacking in the joy department ( and with 2021 being not much better), we yearned to create a styled shoot that was overflowing with Christmas beauty and cheer!
From the majestic fireplaces to the palatial windows pouring in with natural light, the Wadsworth Mansion was the perfect balance of grand and majestic, yet warm and inviting to create a romantic, magical wintery wonderland.
Since the Wadsworth is outfitted with gorgeously ornate fireplaces, it was a no brainer to deck their halls with garland, pops of pinecones and all the Christmas fixin’s to really make the fireplace dazzle! We even left a little treat for Santa by the fireplace!
Playing off of the mansion’s stately presence, I wanted the wedding design to stay in a more modern, soft and luxurious place.
To give a beautiful insight into the day a stationery suite was created by Cat Wilcox Design Studio.
The wedding reception table began with the perfect lush green velvet linen from BBJ Linen, allowing the soft white and pops of gold from the table pieces to really pop off that green tablecloth!
Nothing sings the holidays more then a pop of bubbly, so a cocktail truck from Cork and Craft Ct was a must!
Dancing under the sunset, sipping champagne, the bride and groom ended their beautiful day securing their spot on the nice list!
