Today I am thrilled to share this gorgeous styled shoot where wild bohemian wedding inspiration meets Pride and Prejudice regency romance at The Lion Ballroom.
Images were captured by Zara Davis Photography with the collaboration of a fabulous creative team.
Zara says of the shoot…
The Lion Ballroom situated on the High Street in Leominster, Herefordshire is a unique and exquisite venue with a gorgeous Georgian Regency interior.
To take full advantage of the venues historic interior we envisioned a combination of Boho style and Pride of Prejudice, bringing the marriage of Elizabeth Bennet and Mr Darcy to the 21st century with a modern spin.
Floristry by Lynne Jessett Floristry was a big part of the shoot, with a focus on greenery and texture, and using dried pampas grass and natural grasses along with decadent roses and amaranths.
She wanted to create centrepieces that would stand on their own but also compliment the surroundings and especially the bridal dress.
Our Groom Marcus looked suave alongside his lovely Bride in Grooms wear and accessories from Bill Child Formal Wear.
Katie’s hair was styled by Auburn Hair by Amy, and the style was perfect for not only the boho theme but also for the flower crown, and this was complimented with beautifully natural make up by Make Up by Kay Louise.
Our celebrant for the photoshoot was Sharon Gordon, who creates tailored, relaxed, fun and romantic ceremonies for the Wild at Heart to unite our bohemian lovers.
To complete the bohemian wedding inspiration there was a stunning unique beautifully converted horsebox bar from China Grey which suited the tone of the day and its boho flair..
