Kids these days like to show their attitude and personalities and these amazing flower crowns from Rose Garden Accessories verge off from the dainty to let our little ladies show some edge.
Isn’t it every little girl’s dream to be a flower girl or bridesmaid at a wedding? Now your girls can rock their tulle with the perfect accessories making a striking style statement.
Diana Evans of Rose Garden Accessories describes herself as an Accessory designer and Silk flower maker.
As well as these beautiful flower crowns/circlets she specialises in luxury embellishments, hair accessories, romantic and unique silk hair flowers, cute floral hair pins, hair combs, bridal belts and jewellery.
She loves cats, cars and cake, and is a rescuer of bees.
She really dislikes earwigs and peas, and has been known to be a tad sarcastic.
Diana says of her work…
“To be able to wear that little dress that’s been hanging in the wardrobe, taunting you, with its layers of chiffon and pretty pink ribbon, that you see every time you open the wardrobe door to find school uniform.”
“I know this was one of my dreams as a little girl, but I never actually made it to bridesmaid until I was 36 years old and had a baby of my own.”
“But that doesn’t stop me from making all the pretty flowers that little girls should wear in their hair, for weddings, or for a walk in the park.”
“With a beautiful flower crown adorning their hair, every little girl feels a few inches taller, and a little more like a princess.”
“Below is a sample of the flower crowns I have been making for children, and adults.”
“I have been making silk flowers for a few years now, after not being able to find the quality of artificial flower I wanted.”
“As a real flower nut and rose lover, I was constantly disappointed by well-meaning garden centre flowers that just didn’t make me look twice at them like a rose in my garden did.”
“So I set about making my own. But that story is for another day.”
“My flower crowns are modelled here by Frances, daughter of Harriet Head – who aside from being an extremely talented designer and milliner, has been very supportive of my flower making for a good while, so I jumped at the chance to collaborate in her photo shoot.”
“A small selection of flower crowns can be found on my website Rose Garden Accessories as well as a gallery of some of the silk flowers I have made.”
“So if you’d like make a little girl feel special, and a little bit of her own personal rockstar– I can help with that.”
Thank you so much to Diana for sharing her exquisite flower crowns with us.
What little girl (or indeed big one) wouldn’t want to be adorned in such gorgeousness!
