Beautiful letterpress & hot foil wedding stationery collections from Lost Heritage

Today I am thrilled to introduce beautiful letterpress and hot foil wedding stationery collections of Lost Heritage.

Each collection has its own style ensuring each range will appealing to different couples.

Available in everything from Save the dates, RSVP, menus and coasters there is something for every part of your wedding journey.

Working with traditional and modern print, cutting and fabrication techniques, Lost Heritage does simplicity with precision and combines diverse processes to bring complex design ideas into the real world.

Working with designers of all disciplines and aspirations, the aim of the studio located in the north of England is to mark and manipulate materials of all kinds to satisfy any creative vision.

Each wedding stationery collection is printed inhouse in the Lost Heritage print rooms in an old hat factory just outside of Manchester.

Using vintage Heidelberg windmill presses, using traditional letterpress techniques and high quality materials from industry leaders Foilco and GF Smith.

Letterpress has become a popular choice for wedding stationery which is emphasised by Claire, owner of the brand…

“Letterpress has in recent years been resurrected due to its undeniable appeal.”

“The way the foil catches the light, the texture, the deboss of the ink, the beautifully thick cotton paper stocks all contribute to making this type of printing feel more exclusive, extraordinary and appropriate for wedding stationery.”

“The time and effort taken to create them makes it the obvious choice for something as personal and special as a wedding”

With colour changes to the designs as standard, couples can choose from an extensive range of GF Smith coloured card stock and textures as well as different coloured inks and foils.

This enables countless possibilities and each collection can be tailored and customised to make them unique to each couple.

Each collection have been named after the owner of Lost Heritage daughter (Estella Rose) and her little friends.

Claire says… “As this has been such a personal labour of love and having been inspired by the beauty and personality of my daughter it seems fitting to name the collections after her and her lovely gorgeous friends.”

“As each of them has a different personality I have chosen the collection I feel most reflects this.”

“My daughter has a shiny happy character so it seemed natural to name a foiled based range after her.”
