Celebrating Small business and Independant creatives in the Wedding Industry

Today I would like to do something that isn’t done enough, and that is celebrate small business and some amazing independant creatives that I am privileged to know in the Wedding Industry

Earlier this year David Cameron said that small Business is the “lifeblood of the economy” and this is so true, a huge percentage of the business people I have met over the last 5 years make up the wedding world.

I would love to take a little time to focus on just a few ladies whose creativity is part of that lifeblood.

These women have always been a huge support to me in my business,  buck me up when I am feeling challenged, and generally are fantastic friends, and I value them greatly.

It’s so lovely to see small business celebrated like this. Small businesses play such a hugely important role in the wedding industry and I believe that without them, weddings would lose their individuality. No one wants that!

Wow Alison, what a lovely surprise, and I know some of these ladies too, and they (and you) slog tirelessly to do what we do and do it to the very best of our ability, usually for minimal financial gain, because we care deeply about what we do. Thanks again for a lovely feature Alison, and let’s keep supporting each other 🙂
