The Wild Valentine Collection – Floral Hair Accessories from Rosadior

Today I am really excited to share the incredible Wild Valentine Collection of floral hair accessories from Rosadior.

Gypsy Rose Lee meets Argentine Tango was the inspiration behind the amazing imagery, and with a large infusion of red it’s perfection for Valentines Day.

Images were captured by JaneyAnna Photography.

The floral hair accessories brand teamed up with fellow Surrey-based businesses to showcase their new Wild Valentine range.

The location shoot, which took place on a sunny winter morning was inspired by the rugged, but beautiful landscape of Black Down (a National Trust site) and featured a whole host of realistic faux floral pieces from Rosadior’s latest range.

Collaborating with the brand on the shoot were the combined talents of JaneyAnna Photography, Viktoria Kohl Make Up, Real Green Dress and Lisa Sheridan.

“Black Down is not only a beautiful location, but also an inspiring one,” Samantha Freeman, founder of Rosadior explains.”

“Lord Tennyson once wrote; ‘You came and looked and loved the view, long known and loved by me, green Sussex fading into blue with one grey glimpse of sea…’ about it and as the photographer (JaneyAnna) and I were both keen to create wild and dramatic images, we just knew this was the place to do it.”

The Wild Valentine collection, which features romantic rose floral crowns, oversize peony hair clips and statement hats, have all been handmade by Samantha (who started the UK’s first ever vintage crockery company, Idyllic Days, back in 2005) from her Surrey home.

“I wanted the range to be a fusion of Gypsy Rose Lee meets the argentine tango,” she continues.

“A look, I feel was perfected with the help of dresses from fabulous local ladies; Lisa Sheridan and Real Green Dress, make-up by Viktoria Kohl, and all captured beautifully by JaneyAnna Photography.”

“We all had a wonderful day and agreed how much fun it was to be able to collaborate with such lovely and creative people.”
